Interested in joining you guys and have some fun time flying around, have been flying flight sims for 5 years now, both civilian and combat and I've served in the Portuguese army for 2 years.
I fly both DCS and BMS and the modules I own for DCS are the Su25T,Su27,Mig15,Mig21,Ka50,A10c,F15,Viggen,BF109,FW190.
I'm also a certified ATC controller on Vatsim network with over 300h.
Would like to thank you in advance,
Roxmate

Hi Roxmate -thanks for your interest in our squad.
We run 3 wings as things stand -fighter wing which operates both Flanker types -'27 and '33 but also the MiG-21 (on a limited bases historically but used almost every flight).
Strike-wing operates both Su-25 types for SEAD/CAS.
Attack-wing which operates the Ka-50. We do utilise the Mi-8 although with the state of the 'support' abilities of this machine within DCS, we are limited in its usefullness ATM.
Any other types are really used ad-hoc and for OPFOR roles in training etc.
If you wish to join, we prefer you pick a wing as your 'home' but this will not stop you flying all types within the squad.
If you want to know more ask away -or we can meet on our TS sometime.
Regards, Archer CO.

Since I am more of a ground pounder and I am quite proficient with the Su-25T, I will pick the Strike-wing and I'll be Looking forward to meet you on TS.

Rox

OK Roxmate -that's a good choice as SW are considered the elite in any squad... ;D
Our next move is to do a simple trial-flight to assess your ability with the '25t and go from there -I can do most days after Tuesday this week -but there's no rush to get this done.
-
I'm keen to do the checkride, I can do everyday from 1800pm onwards
-
OK RM -shall we pencil in Wednesday and see how we go? I normally can't do around 18:00 UK time but some time after 19:00 is fine.
-
Seems about right

Hi Rox -do you have our Teamspeak loaded? It'll be needed for the TF.
I will aim to be on shortly after 19:00 UK time -if you're late that's NP.
