Been messing with my new pedals and just cant get the braking to work properly, so was wondering whether anyone would have any pointers or have experienced the same?
Logitch/Saitec Pedals
When I go into the axis adjustment (within DCS) after mapping the left and right brakes to the pedals. The axis starts in the middle of the box, but after depressing the pedal once, the red pointer bit settles at the left of the curve when the pedal is released (not the middle).. Ive added a deadzone and a curve, but whenever I am in game the brakes just dont work/engage at all.
I can post some pics later ref the issue if that helps, but if anyone is suffering the same or has a workround, i am all ears!

I have had these pedals for years and looked at braking with them -but never got anything to work satisfactorily either...
Was rather hoping to learn off your success Mako! :o Looks like there might be some reason they won't work either due to DCS or the pedals themselves?
On the positive side, they have been solid and faultless with the main purpose -just the brakes that won't 'ave it...

This doesn't sound right at all!
I don't have Saitek, but CH. Will post up a shot of what I see when doing the same as you describe.

In DCS. Press RCTRL + ENTER to show control AXIS in lower left of screen.

Ax - Does that work for you then??
Only difference I have is that I haven't inverted mine.....
-
Works fine in the Hornet and all the Ru fighters.in fact, I’ve never had any issues except when I forget to invert.
-
Thanks Ax - I'll try that later....

Also, double and triple check you have no conflicting binds. HOTAS has a nasty habit of doing that by default.

You might want to check the slider box. It makes the pedal go from off to on not bidirectional.
