SG mentioned some new effects listed but not working in the regular sim, and I thought I'd try them in NTTR map -well, one works there; the fire and smoke effects.
None of the others works even in this yet -assume they might when evrything gets merged...
The others listed but not working yet are varied smoke effects (assume 1 is for cover as it's called smoke-line) and another is dust cloud or similar. Possibly to replicate the rush into Helenkova's barrack block post-mission? 8)
Below we see the 'large fire and smoke'. Others available are small or huge sizes.

Wonder how frame rates will fare? Looking good though.

FR doesn't appear to be affected -the above SS was taken with my shiny-new Harrier parked in shot and I didn't see a FR change in the corner FR-ometer thingie.
