Seems we have a lot to look forward to -anyone got anything in particualr they are looking forward to?

Myself, generally speaking I prefer older stuff and non-glass pits. Deffos for me will be the Hind, MiG-23 Flogger and perhaps MiG-19 and F-4 -although I would prefer a navalised Phantom over land one.

Just got the AV-8 in the summer sale. Managed a few take offs and a few dodgy landings. Next to learn the systems.

Yes Kunz, I'm looking forward to the 2 MiGs -we'll see about the F-14, used to be a big fan of the Tomcat, but the '33 took over as my fav sea goer.

I'm only interested in the Tomcat due to it being the closest thing to a MiG-31 in terms of capabilities that we'll ever see in DCS. Otherwise, I have no interest in it to be honest.

I hope the MiG-31 comes to DCS before I die. When that day comes, I'll personally gift all the modules I have to whoever needs it (except maybe MiG-21 or MiG-25 (again, if it comes) and fly the MiG-31!!! The MiG-31 is so fast, it will cross the Caucasus map in 14 mins

yup - the Caucasus map is far to small for the sim.... should stretch from Greece in the west to India in the east and Moscow in the north to Saudi in the south ....  then navigation/fuel/planning/ etc would become a real part of the enjoyment of the sim.

If they did hugely increase the map, would it not have a big impact on performance as things stand? Don't get me wrong though -be great to have truly long-lange missions etc...

I was disappointed by the Mig-19, would have preferred a Mig-17 instead since it was more involved in Vietnam and the Middle east. Mig-23, F-4, F-14 and Hind for sure will be in my hangar.

MiG-17 would prob have fitted better with the 'Nam aspect for sure, SF. Still, I'll fly anything from those eras -before all this fangled glass cockpitty stuff...

How's Specks gettin' on? That eye looking better (pun intended!). Certainly hope so.
